For this wine, grapes from the red wine variety Zweigelt were pressed immediately after harvest and processed like white wine. The grapes come from our vineyard in the Woad vineyard, a very clayey soil at approx. 320m above sea level. The Zweigelt equally pressed, also known internationally as Blanc de Noir, is a pleasantly light, sparkling white wine. It is suitable as an aperitif, as a terrace wine on hot spring/summer days and as an accompaniment to light starters.

Our rosé is made exclusively from Zweigelt grapes. Zweigelt is a typical red wine variety in Austria and was developed in 1922 by Dr. Zweigelt crossed in Austria. The approx. 20-year-old vines grow on loamy clay soil. When harvesting, great attention is paid to healthy grape material and if botrytis is already involved, then a proper selection takes place. After a short maceration time, juice is extracted from the red wine mash and processed like white wine. This gives the beautiful pink color. The wine is very light and easy to drink and is therefore an ideal summer wine. It goes well with grilled dishes, light fish dishes and summer salads.

Dieser Grüne Veltliner wächst auf unseren steinigen Lagen – Seeberg und Steinleiten, welche für spürbare Mineralik im Wein sorgen. Die Weingärten stehen auf ca. 320m Seehöhe.Für den Grünen Veltliner Non Vintage wurden 3 Jahrgänge vermählt. 20% aus 2018, welche im Steinfass ausgebaut wurden, 40% aus 2019 klassisch im Stahltank und 40% aus 2020 ebenfalls im Stahltank ausgebaut. Alle zusammen wurden – wie all unsere Weine – per Hand gelesen und spontan vergoren. Und alle 3 bekamen nur einen minimalen Schwefelzusatz.Das Ergebnis ist ein leichter, trinkfreudiger Veltliner mit einem Mix aus Mineralik, Würze und Frucht. Ohne aufdringlich zu sein, passt er hervorragend zur Jause oder zu typischer österr. Hausmannskost (Schnitzel, Fleischknödel, Schweinebraten, etc.).

The vineyard is located on the northern border of the Kamptal at almost 400m above sea level and is characterized by the cool climate of the Waldviertel. The cool nights and the rough wind ensure that our mixed set is always very fruity. It is easy to drink and impresses with its harmonious interplay of fruit, mineral and sweetness. The mixed set of fruit sweetened drinks well solo and goes well with spicy dishes with lots of vegetables.

Die Kamptaler Böden, ein kostbarer Bestand an alten Reben und Matthias Hagers Geduld beim Vinifizieren prägen diesen charaktervollen Wein. Verschiedene regionstypische Sorten stehen hier nebeneinander im Weingarten und werden gemeinsam gepresst und zum Teil im Holzfass ausgebaut. The Yellow Muscat is a relatively young vineyard (approx. 25 years) and grows on stony southeast terraces on the Mollands high plateau in the Steinleiten vineyard at approximately 320m above sea level. After hand-picking and spontaneous fermentation, the Yellow Muscat was placed in a steel tank to mature on the fine yeast for 9 months. Bottled in summer 2023, the Yellow Muscat is refreshing, fruity - beautiful elderflowers on the nose - pleasant acidity, mineral and tangy.

For this light red wine cuvée, we bottled Zweigelt from a flush loamy soil at about 320m above sea level with a Blauburger, which is a little higher at about 350m above sea level, on our somewhat rocky Hiesberg. The cool influence of the Waldviertel brings a beautiful fruit into the wine, which makes it a pleasantly drinkable red wine. The Grüner Veltliner Variety 2020 is a very characterful wine with intense fruity aromas, a full-bodied fruity-spicy taste and a long finish. The Veltliner not only stands out because of its taste, the bottle was decorated with a special picture of the soil colour. The picture was made from self-made paints from their own soil in Mollands and painted together with Caritas Schloss Schiltern as part of a workshop with residents and their caregivers.

This Grüner Veltliner grows on the Mollandser Riede Steinleithen, a rocky site at about 350m above sea level, which provides noticeable minerality in the wine. This also explains the name Urgestein, we call it Natural because 10% of it was fermented on the mash and the wine was bottled without fining or filtration. After spontaneous fermentation, 90% was aged in steel tanks, the 10% mash fermentation was stored in small wooden barrels before the two wines were bottled together with a minimal addition of sulphur. The result is a spicy, full-bodied Veltliner, beautifully mineral and creamy on the palate with a long finish. A great food companion. Image = an icon photo

Charakteristik: Feine Spätlese, einladend fruchtbetonter Wein von leuchtendem Rot, Kirsch-Weichsel in der Nase, am Gaumen angenehm reife Fruchtsüße, wunderbar in die Lebendigkeit des Weines eingebettet, sehr süffig und trinkfreudig – ein Wein für jeden Genießer! Wein- und Speiseempfehlung: Passt hervorragend zu Weichkäse ( Blauschimmelk. etc.) mit Obst, warmen Käsegerichten; Eisdesserts, div. (nicht zu süßen) Süßspeisen und ergänzt auch bestens würzige, scharfe Gerichte aus Fernost. Aperitif-Tip: etwas Zweigelt Spätlese in das Sektglas geben und mit trockenem Sekt auffüllen! Bes. für „glasweisen“ Ausschank geeignet, verliert auch nach Tagen – bei ordnungsgemäßem Verschließen – nicht an Substanz. Etwas KÜHLER servieren!

The buckwheat is peeled and processed into high-quality Hadn rice directly in the in-house Hadn center. Hadn rice can be easily prepared like the well-known rice and is therefore ideal for all dishes. The rice makes you want to try out new recipe variations. Gluten free!

As always, it is a ripe, creamy reserve wine with tobacco but also some fruit in the nose and a pleasantly delicate, elegant palate. Ideal food companion to spicy dishes with or without meat.

"Wood cuvée" made from Blaufränkisch aged in 225 l barrels (acacia wood, chestnut, oak)! Clear scent of predominantly black berries, cherry aroma with herbal nuances. Tight, juicy, youthful fruit, herbal and spicy notes, fine sandy tannins, has freshness and life, juniper tones in the background, good juicy finish with spice, grip and bite.

RoseGloria selection matured in large wooden barrels. Carefully hand-picked best grapes processed into a strong rose of a special kind. Berry fermentation and maturation in 500 wooden barrels. Round and soft, yet exotically fresh, it offers a pleasantly balanced taste experience.
